In article number 2002940, Kuo Chu Hwang and co‐workers develop a versatile theranostic LaB 6 nanomedicine to absorb long near‐infrared light (1550 n) in the NIR‐IIb biological window, generating hydroxyl radicals from limitless intracellular water to destroy drug‐resistant NCI‐H23 lung tumors completely. This work pioneers the field of tumor treatments in conquering hypoxia and chemodrug resistance problems using unprecedented NIR‐IIb nanomaterial‐mediated photodynamic therapy.
