Semiconductor evolution has greatly promoted the development of light‐emitting electrochemical cells over the past decades. In article number 1908641, Jiang Pu, Taishi Takenobu, and Keiichiro Matsuki summarize the recent progress in the development of light‐emitting electrochemical cells with nonpolymeric materials including organics, perovskites, oxides, nitrides, quantum dots, and two‐dimensional materials. The challenges and prospective for further development are also highlighted.
