In article number 2000615, Joshua Hihath and co‐workers present a novel on‐chip single‐molecule break junction device utilizing a micro‐electromechanical system fabricated using conventional semiconductor manufacturing processes. The system provides improved optical accessibility and scalability over traditional break‐junction systems and is fully electrically controllable. These features make it a reliable platform for the convenient characterization and practical application of single‐molecule electronic systems.
