In article number 1905352, Shiqi Wang, Hélder A. Santos, Wei Li, and co‐workers report a virus‐mimicking polymeric nanoparticle with endosomolytic activity and pH‐responsive drug release properties. With great drug encapsulation efficiency, in vitro therapeutic efficacy, and oncolytic activity towards 3D tumor spheroids after conjugating tumor penetrating peptides, this nanoparticle shows promising potential for the intracellular delivery of antitumor therapeutics.
