In article number 1906433, Peisheng Xu and co‐workers introduce a PPDMA nanogel, which is the integration of hetero‐targeting, traceless linking, intracellular‐responsive release, and drug cocktail concepts. PPPDMA synergistically enhances the anticancer efficacy of the nanogel while eliminating the systemic toxicity of the combination of doxorubicin and paclitaxel. Consequently, PPPDMA reduces tumor burden over 99% (tumor weight) and 96% (tumor number) and eradicates tumors in over 50% of the treated animals.
