In article number 1807356 , Yishen Zhu, Qingqiang Yao, and co‐workers develop a strategy to molecularly functionalize the self‐assembling peptide hydrogel (SAPH) FEFEFKFK onto 3D‐printed polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffolds, forming a reliable and stable coating layer. The prepared SAPH‐coated PCL scaffolds provide a superior performance for the regeneration of cartilage and subchondral bone simultaneously, offering a flexible strategy for osteochondral defects caused by osteoarthritis or acute trauma.
