In article number 1801310 , Liping Heng and co‐workers report on generating slippery surfaces based on tailored anisotropic films. The films, prepared by interfacial directional freeze drying of a binary P3HT/PCBM system, endow the slippery surfaces with the photoelectrically controllable wettability. This work represents a promising strategy for obtaining anisotropic surfaces. Future work could expand the use of photoelectrically responsive slippery surfaces toward controllable liquid transport, water collection, and microreactors.
