As demonstrated by Dae Sung Chung and co‐workers in article number 1802582 , S‐doping of sol‐gel‐derived ZnO can lead to its chemical defect restoration at low temperature, leading to an outstanding performance as an electron selective layer. The method shows promise for future application in image sensors.
