This cover, by Reza R. Zamani, depicts the radial heterointerface of a novel wurtzite InAs‐GaSb core‐shell nanowire system, a p‐n nano‐junction. The heterointerface is visualized at the atomic scale by means of aberration‐corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy, revealing one atomic bilayer of mixed material between InAs core to GaSb shell. In article number 1800512 , Luna Namazi, Reza R. Zamani, and co‐workers investigate the properties of this nanowire system.
