In article number 1705137 , Itamar Willner and co‐workers report a new class of nano‐carriers comprising stimuliresponsive hydrogel‐coated metal‐organic framework nanoparticles. The ATP‐triggered unlocking of doxorubicin‐loaded nanoparticles and the release of the drug are presented. Selective cytotoxicity and high efficiency toward MDA‐MB‐231 cancer cells are demonstrated.
