In article number 1703934 , Dan Li, Hong Chen, and co‐workers report a novel thrombolytic coating whose activity is triggered by thrombosis. The coated surfaces remain inert in normal plasma environment while releasing tissue plasminogen activator (t‐PA) and promoting fibrinolysis in response to thrombin. Such coating could avoid unfavorable complications caused by continuous release of antithrombotic agents.
