In article number 1704135 , Gan Liu, Xiaowei Zeng, Lin Mei, and co‐workers fabricate a multifunctional nanoplatform against multidrug resistant cancer using targeted mesoporous silica nanoparticles. This nanoplatform tactfully integrates chemo‐ (DOX), Gene‐ (P‐gp siRNA) and photothermal (PDA layer) substances in one system. Both in vitro and in vivo antitumor experiments demonstrate the enhanced antitumor efficacy of the multifunctional nanoparticles.
