In article number 1606764 , the modification of twodimensional silicon nanosheets catalyzed by different Lewis acids is described by Jonathan G. C. Veinot, Bernhard Rieger, and co‐workers. A derived functional hybrid film of silicon nanosheet/poly(3‐hexylthiophene) is applied to fabricate field effect transistors with enhanced sensitivity and increased transconductances.
