A robust luminescent material with aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) and thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) is reported by Zujin Zhao, Shi‐Jian Su, Zhong Tang, and co‐workers in article number 1606458. The cover vividly describes the design and property of the molecule, which generates high‐performance doped and non‐doped OLEDs with very small efficiency roll‐off thanks to the synergistic effect of AIE and TADF.
