In article number 1605985, Xiaowei Zeng, Jianming Pan, Lin Mei, Guoqing Pan, and co‐workers demonstrate a novel pH‐responsive mesoporous nanocarrier that is gated by the delivered drug itself via a reversible covalent bond. The paradigm shift, caused by bypassing the use of auxiliary capping agents, will simplify mesoporous nanomaterials as intelligent drug carriers for therapy of cancer and other diseases.
