In article number 1604528, Dong Ha Kim, Joon Hak Oh, and co‐workers report on the optoelectrical performance of novel hybrid phototransistors. Based on gold nanorods‐decorated n‐type single crystalline organic semiconductor nanowires, the devices achieve synergies between organic nanowire photoconductance, scattering, and local palsmon resonance of the gold nanorods. Comparable performance to inorganic devices and broad spectral responsivity are achieved.
