A one‐pot synthesis method for an anticancer drug and photosensitizer‐containing hollow hybrid nanoparticles with a disulfide and siloxane framework is reported by K. Hayashi and co‐workers on page 8613. The hollow hybrid nanoparticles have great potential to realize fluorescence image‐guided trimodal therapy combining photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, and drug delivery.
