As demonstrated by F. Meinardi, L. Beverina, and co‐workers with 3T3 cells under a standard aerated environment on page 8447, sensitized triplettriplet annihilation based photon up‐conversion greatly improves the scope and applicability of fluorescence bioimaging. Anti‐Stokes detection at low powers eliminates background autofluorescence and limits the potential damage of for living tissues.
