N. Zhao and coworkers demonstrate, on page 1178, a low‐power, wearable sensor system that integrates a flexible piezoresistive sensor and epidermal electrocardiogram sensors, for extracting real‐time beat‐to‐beat blood pressure measurements. Through parametric modelling and operation optimization, highly stable epidermal pulse monitoring is achieved, and the compromise between sensor sensitivity and signal stability is highlighted.
