Al1070/Mg–3Al–1Zn (AZ31)/Al1070 laminated sheets are prepared by roll bonding method. The microstructure and mechanical properties after rolling and annealing are investigated. The layer of Al 3 Mg 2 forms at the interface after annealing at 250 °C, and the thickness increases with the increase of annealing temperature. It weakens the bonding strength of the laminated sheets. In addition, during tensile testing, the delamination happens, except for the specimen annealed at 200 °C. With the increase of annealing temperature, the dimension of the delamination part increase gradually. The laminated sheets annealed at 250 °C possess the best comprehensive properties.
