In the paper, we demonstrated the controlled fabrication of nanostructured graphene/copper phthalocyanine/layered double hydroxide (G/TSCuPc/LDH) films by layer‐by‐layer assembly. The G/TSCuPc/LDH‐modified electrodes exhibited remarkable photoelectric performance, and its light absorption and resistance were increased with the increase of the film thickness. The electroactivity of the film was enhanced by the incorporation of graphene into TSCuPc. The 20‐layer film electrode generated higher photocurrent than the G/TSCuPc electrode, suggesting orderly assembled phthalocyanine layer between LDH and graphene layers and the efficient charge separation and electron transfer in the novel system.
