The core/shell structured nano‐W/PE particles and its polymer nanocomposite are fabricated by using conventional ball milling and melt mixing processes, see the article by Jaewoo Kim and co‐workers on page 1083 . Gamma attenuation effi ciency of prepared polymer nanocomposites is greatly enhanced compared to their micro‐counterparts. The cover image shows the core/shell structured W/PE nanoparticles, dispersion and adhesion status of the nanoparticles in the polymer nanocomposites, and 15 wt% micro‐ and nano‐W dispersed polymer nanocomposite photos.
