A Taylor–Ulitovsky method can be used to prepare Ni 53.96 Mn 24.12 Ga 21.92 micro‐wires with diameters ranging from 5–200 μm. The micro‐wires exhibits large super‐elasticity (up to 10.9%) without breaking (see graph). The serrations on the stress–strain curves are observed during unloading, while no obvious serrations during the loading process were noticed.
