Quantum dots (QD) are added to photopolymer inkjet media toward the additive manufacturing of geometrically complex artifacts with unique optical properties. The effects on the rheology and the inkjet printing of the QD on the media are investigated. The figure shows the QD fluorescing within the droplets of the nanocomposites, which were deposited via inkjet printing.
