Regenerative medicine requires a control of the adesion, migration and differentiation of cells for fabricating artificial tissues. Here, an accurate positioning and control of the cell fate is achieved by a one‐step fabrication technique based on the geometrically controlled functionalization of Teflon‐AF surface with Extra Cellular Matrix proteins by Lithographycally Controlled Wetting. Neural cells are positioned with high accuracy onto these substrates and patterns are mainteined over long incubation times without any passivation of the surface.
