This paper presents an epoxy resin/iron powders admixture for indirect selective laser sintering process. The properties and sintering process of the admixture are discussed. The post processes of the green parts composed of the admixture, including decomposition, high temperature sintering and infiltration of bronze are also investigated. The results show that it is feasible to manufacture metal parts via indirect selective laser sintering process by using epoxy resin/Fe powders admixture.
