Creep behaviour of a SiC f ‐SiBC composite has been investigated in tension at high temperature under an oxidative environment. A multiscale and multitechnique approach has permitted to understand the creep mechanism of this material and particularly the influence of oxidation on the behaviour. A creep mechanism has then been proposed.
