In article number 1900281, Panchao Yin, Yongge Wei, and co‐workers show that sub‐nanoscaled polyalkoxyvanadates (PAOVs) functionalized with aliphatic acids can restore the blood glucose to normal levels after a single oral administration. Among them, myristic acid‐modified PAOV derivatives sensitize the responsiveness of insulin to almost match that of a healthy pancreas.
