Lawmakers in Mexico appear on the verge of a momentous vote that would result in the United States finding itself wedged between two North American nations with legal marijuana markets. The extent to which Mexico's move could influence U.S. marijuana policy might depend in part on which house of Mexico's legislature holds the most influence on final bill language.
