A federal judge in California this month dismissed a young adult's class‐action complaint against UnitedHealth Group and several of its affiliates and subsidiaries for alleged violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), but the young man and his counsel see the latest development as merely a speed bump in their pursuit of claims against the major insurer.
