Following a court ruling earlier this year against United Behavioral Health's (UBH's) former level‐of‐care and coverage determination guidelines (see ADAW , Aug. 5), the managed behavioral health insurance giant now faces an action that is potentially much more far‐reaching — and this time, directly beneficial to substance use and mental health treatment providers.
