Last week, the Bipartisan Policy Center convened a meeting that focused on how $11 billion in federal funding has been spent on the opioid problem over the course of two years. This money came from various agencies, including law enforcement. In addition to reviewing documents, the center looked at five states — Arizona, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Ohio and Tennessee — to determine how things are going locally.
