Last week, we finally pinned down the list cost of Sublocade, the monthly injectable buprenorphine product approved a year ago (see ADAW , Dec. 11, 2017). It's $1,580 per monthly dose, whether it's 100 milligrams or 300 milligrams. Indivior also told us they have a “co‐pay assistance program that may reduce initial out‐of‐pocket costs for eligible (commercially insured) patients to as little as $5 each month.”
