The gamification of urban housing design utilising artificial intelligence (AI) can be a game‐changer. The ability of AIs to speedily probe and evaluate the multidimensional combinations of ‘action‐spaces’ of spatial and architectural propositions provides an opportunity to create new models of housing densities ignored by received Modernist assumptions.
