Abstract Founded by Ann‐Sofi Rönnskog and John Palmesino , Territorial Agency is an innovative practice that advocates sustainable and integrated territorial transformations through architecture, research and action. Here, Rönnskog and Palmesino describe how their exploration of the shifting geopolitical conditions of the Arctic and subarctic regions has revealed an intensification of remote‐sensing technologies and an escalation of military, scientific and industrial activities, which is resulting in ‘a new landscape of agencies’.
