Abstract Korhan Gümüş, the Director of Urban and Architectural Projects for the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture (ECOC) Agency, tells Hülya Ertaş about his agency's plans for managing the ECOC process, its intention to create a bottom‐up model and the challenges it faces.
