This chapter sets out to illustrate the relationship between the constructs of employability and entrepreneurship. In particular, the latter is investigated as a specific focus for the development of entrepreneurial skills linked to innovation. In this connection, some perspectives for educational action are illustrated through the presentation of a specific university career service program to develop entrepreneurial spirit.
