Emulsions are treated in a large variety of industrial applications and in various areas of daily life. The design of impingement apparatus is realized based on the manufacturers’ experience and a variety of costly experiments are necessary for a single concrete technical application. Therefore, it is the aim of the present investigation to create a general basis for the design of an impingement dispersing device.
