The synthesis, characterization, and X‐ray structure of new manganese valence tautomeric complexes are reported here. The feasibility to synthesize, characterize, and study the new tautomeric complexes as stable species allowed us to establish a new switching molecular array of six states that interconvert reversibly either thermally (valence tautomerism) or by a reversible oxidation process.
