Intracoronary irradiation emerges as a promising method in a variety of restenosis prone coronary lesions. We report the acute and long‐term clinical, angiographic, and ICUS follow‐up of a patient who underwent a successful angioplasty with stent placement in a chronic coronary occlusion with adjuvant γ‐intracoronary radiation.
