A method of electroporation for introducing diclofenac sodium (a drug) into human erythrocytes was developed. The conditions (the pulse strength, pulse duration and pulse number) for the introduction of diclofenac sodium into erythrocytes by electroporation were investigated. The diclofenac sodium in single human erythrocytes introduced by the electroporation was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) with end‐column ampermetric detection at a carbon microdisk array electrode.
