Junctions and networks of SnO nanoribbons could be very useful in the fabrication of semiconducting nanosensors and optoelectronic devices. How can these structures be obtained and what are their properties are two questions that are answered here. The role that the Sn particles at the end of each ribbon have in the formation of the networks is also discussed. The Figure shows a double T‐junction, which is part of a 2D network of SnO nanoribbons.
