The deposition of LiCoO 2 films on a flexible paper‐like Teflon substrate has been demonstrated. Two variations of a single‐step solution process are reported, the first by electrochemical/hydrothermal, and the second by hydrothermal only, dissolution of Co metal in LiOH and deposition on the Teflon membrane. The Figure show a laser microscopy image of the patterned LiCoO 2 membrane film.
