Uniform single‐crystalline nanorods of Se/Te alloys —for example, the Se 0.5 Te 0.5 crystals (934±48 nm × 223±10 nm) shown in the Figure—are reported to have been directly grown from aqueous solutions through a homogeneous nucleation process that involves no physical template, thus facilitating large‐scale synthesis.
