In the second part of the objective‐prism survey of PNe towards the galactic centre we present the discovery of further 44 new planetary nebulae found in six ESO fields surrounding the central area and give a rough description of these objects. Besides, we give coordinates of many known objects in the area of the survey. The discussion of the angular diameters leads to the belief that the majority of our PNe is very probably located in or close to the galactic bulge.
