A three dimensional transport code for an ergodized edge plasma is under development. In order to include the three dimensionality of the ergodized magnetic field, the topological property was carefully studied using a laminar plot. The flux tube at the edge region were marked according to the connection length and the 3D grid was created taking into account the deformation of flux tube caused by perturbation. The scheme consists of a finite element method for cross field transport, and a finite difference method for parallel one. The code was tested with a simple problem, and compared with an analytical solution, where we obtained a good agreement between both.
