We report on a fully angular resolved spectrum of hard x‐rays emitted from a laser produced plasma, which is generated by a laser intensity of 5 × 10 18 W/cm 2 on a tantalum surface. MeV x‐rays were utilized to generate photoneutrons via photofission of beryllium.
