We present the first calculus of the electronic structure, the wave function and the charge density of a single isolated Cantor quantum well in GaAs/AlGaAs system. This quantum well is made following the Cantor algorithm of the third order. We observed that the charge density shows the linear selfsimilarity. 100 levels of energy in this system have been calculated showing self‐similarity. Though self‐similarity has been observed in superlayers, this is the first time that it is observed in an isolated quantum well.
