Systems of tin chalcogenide solid solutions (SnTe) x (PbSe) 1— x , (SnSe) 1— x (PbTe) x and Ge 1— x Sn x Te (0 < x ≤ 1) have been studied by means of the Mössbauer effect on 119 Sn nuclei at room temperature. It has been shown that broadening of linewidths correlates with the appearance of different atoms in the first or second coordination spheres of the Mössbauer atoms.
