Using a Mott‐Hubbard type molecular orbital correlation model, we investigate sequential coherent tunneling transport in a triple‐quantum‐dot structure by varying the interdot coupling through an external gate voltage. Our calculated current–voltage characteristics are in good qualitative agreement with the existing experimental results.
